people. get a grip. this piece is ridiculously well recorded and produced. i am completely serious. good luck trying to achieve half of what was done here. The clarity is on par with what you would get from a professional studio with engineers with 30+ years of experience.

i must say that i have better stuff here on NG, recorded in studios (Thracian Jazz for example)
now with my new guitar and soundcard i hope i'll make better stuff ;)

I can imagine some metallica and symphony style strings coming in at 1:15...

it's a little bit of crazy description (don't know about your storytelling ability) and the second section of the song isn't as good as the first. But that first part when everything jumps in was enough to warrant an automatic 5/5 and 10/10. You could probably microphone someone taking a crap after the first 30 seconds of this song and I still would have given it a top score. the sound quality is very very good as a part of this.

Haha, well...I just write what comes to my mind and for this I just had a crazy story like this. I mean...isn't dad'n me already a bit crazy? ;)

Well, it's always a matter of taste if you like something or not, the most important thing is that you liked the song in general so I'm already happy with that. :)

but still plenty good. The main thing I notice here is that it is programmed simply so intricately that it keeps my interest really well. I believe it's simply a more sophisticated type of music. This one appears to have some rather abstract parts - which is still ok, considering you were utilizing the ts404 and 3xOsc for [everything?...]

Ha, not everything is 404's or xosc's... Only the lead synths, the wobbles, and the stingy-kind of glitch. They are not default either, I send them through a lot of FX filters and such, work some unique sounding stuff. I am trying to find a Kick that would work better for this.

"this is really good"

Very inspiring. It's too bad stuff like this doesn't get more attention...it really should. It shows a level of programming ability that not many people possess. I especially can appreciate the drum breaks and tweaks on the voice. Whereas there are those who really have a knack for making typical top 5 techno tracks with the same exact beat and such over and over again - this stuff tends to be fresher to my ears while still maintaining a great level of quality.

Thank you very much. Although I disagree with the mountain of programming (it is standard to me I guess), I could not have stated it better how some of the popular artists found here (Newgrounds... Of all the skum in the intarwebs) are just replication/modification pooping machines. I mean honestly, loosen up? "Oooh it's just my style!" Screw the style, make it your own and twist something that might not necessarily sound good. Blaargh. Take it easy peoples, thanks for the support.

DjImmune recommended this stuff (and I have to admit - for being 15 - this is undeniably good) but I don't see as much potential in it as with many others this popular. Still, deserves a recommendation.
