Uber-professional. You certainly have a knack for this. The flow and pace of the song is just excellent...I would have preferred some really kickin drums at about 3:30 to really drive the song forward and build up the energy - but the way it sits is still fine and why I'm not giving this a 10. Some obviously very complicated and probably modular fx arrangements to achieve the huge ambiance in the song.

Reminds of a much more relaxed BT.

I'm not sure how you made such a disturbed sounding piece, but a good place of employment for your work would be the next Ring movie or similar horror flick. This combination of notes you have here is just so horrifyingly ugly it is almost commendable. The just utter disgust I feel at myself and the world after listening to this short is nearly miraculous. That one demented set of instruments could be so sonically repulsive is at the same time heinous and worth considering further.

It's obvious that you glory in your own self-indulged sense of reality that excludes any common-sense or paying attention to the normally somewhat valuable opinions of others. But it would be harder to say if this tendency comes from an actual distorted perception of reality where you might actually consider yourself to be a great musician or a concept of "fun" where you post utter shite and then rain on everyone else's parade.

Beyond that, this little loop obvious shows some level of competency, though just not really well directed at any particular idea. There is some piano and choirs which might have been nice but they don't interact or create actual 'harmony' they are just simultaneously both 'there' and that's about it. My feeling is that you could likely create a worthwhile piece if you wanted to but you probably have no intention of doing that. 5/10 for at least putting something together that was relatively innocuous...

This shows almost immediately a level of potential that is rarely seen around this place (newgrounds). Most people submitting songs here are people with really minimal music experience, basic to no knowledge of theory and a very weak grasp of decent arrangement. Of course, it is evident you are not one of those people. You are more like the person that ends up designing part of the next Halo soundtrack TBH.

Excellent sounds, mixing, ambiance, everything. Just very good. It's obvious you have some very good clue as to what you are doing.

"too much compression for my tastes...."

A mite bright and edgy but everyone has their own style. The composition itself in terms of progression and overall synth timbre is excellent. There is a good deal of ambiance that seems to be gasping for breath as it's buried so heavily beneath a layer of thick compression.

So not a big fan of that area of production. But then this is an honest review, so I figure why not? Again - excellent use of instrumentation and atmosphere but it's just overwhelmed in the end by heavy pumping compression that forced me to turn the volume down a few notches. It's pretty typical trance though in the end.
